At the heart of Impossible Enterprises, Inc. is Allister McRae, a leader dedicated to improving the world by working alongside architects, designers, and property owners to build beautiful, functional spaces. With a certification in wooden boat building and a wealth of knowledge accumulated over the years, Allister applies his expertise not only in construction but in uplifting people and strengthening teams.
His approach to every project starts with a simple yet profound question: “How can I do the best for you?” This client-first philosophy extends to everyone he works with—whether it’s a homeowner looking for a transformative renovation, an employee seeking a supportive workplace, or a contractor aiming to leave behind a job well done.
For Allister, building isn’t just about the physical structure; it’s about creating opportunities for others to bring their strengths and visions to life. His dedication to fair compensation, thoughtful project coordination, and fostering long-term relationships is reflected in every partnership.
A passionate supporter of the arts, Allister has a deep appreciation for various forms of music, opera, and especially dance. Whether as a spectator or participant in independent dance forms, his love for these creative expressions informs his approach to design and craftsmanship, blending beauty, function, and human connection in all his work.
Whether leading complex projects or managing teams, Allister McRae is committed to delivering exceptional results that elevate both places and people.
