We stepped in to complete an exterior patio enclosure after the original contractor was unable to finish. The project involved curtain framing with steel studs, insulating the walls, and installing a steel hat-track ceiling with Type-X drywall. We leveled the patio floor to match the interior, creating a seamless transition. Custom windows were fitted into round openings, and we framed the patio door for a perfect fit.
