For an ongoing client with a large, beautifully landscaped backyard, we designed and constructed a custom accessory building that makes the most of the zoning restrictions for both footprint and height. While primarily used as a backyard office, the building features a unique swing-up garage door, designed not only for practical access but also to serve as a canopy for outdoor events, such as weddings, where it has been used to cover DJs and other outdoor entertainment setups. The backyard itself is a stunning space, complete with well-maintained flower beds and vegetable plots, making it a versatile venue for both casual and formal gatherings.

Our goal was to provide a structure that enhances both the functionality and aesthetic of the yard, seamlessly blending with the surrounding environment. This project showcases our ability to maximize available space while creating a design that adds value and usability to the property. As an ongoing project, we continue to collaborate with the client to ensure the building supports their lifestyle and the events they host in this vibrant, multipurpose backyard.
