As the trusted contractor for this family with 4 children — 3 of them triplets — we were called in after a basement flood to refinish their downstairs suite for rental purposes. The renovation involved moving walls to optimize the layout, building a new closet, and installing a custom full-height rolling closet organizer under the stairs to maximize space efficiency.
The kitchen required a very simple cabinet replacement, which we provided to meet the homeowners’ needs. Additionally, we installed new drywall ceilings to conceal previously exposed ductwork and pipes, giving the space a clean and polished finish.
Outside, we added custom awnings—one at the front of the carport for bike storage, and another at the back to create a shaded backyard retreat. The project provided the homeowners with a refreshed, functional rental space while adding value and practicality to their property.
